Orthofeet Best Orthotic Inserts Diabetic Arthritis Neuropathy Shoe Insoles for Women Biosole-Gel Soft

I bought these insoles as part of my ongoing search for plantar fasciitis relief. They exceeded my expectations. Yesterday, I power-walked for a mile in my regular running shoes and returned home with sore heels that were painful for the rest of the day and evening. Today, I inserted these insoles, and started my walking with the same sore heels, which then—stopped hurting!—after about a quarter mile. This never happens with my heels; once they hurt they keep hurting until rest allows the pain to recede. But for the pain to stop in the middle of *exercise*?! Amazing.Notes: I had to use thinner socks, because these insoles take up more room than my shoe's factory insoles. Also, I wear a size 9 shoe and bought a size 8 Biosole-Gel Sport (3/16" thick), which fits perfectly. I tried these in my leather sneakers and they were too thick, so I'll probably buy one of the thinner Orthofeet insoles for non-athletic shoes (like the Biosole-Gel Dress, which is 1/16" thick).

Very big and hard. I thought it would be soft but not. I had to return it.

I like the arch support but it needs more thicker foam.

They are only 8.5 and I wear an 11 . When I ordered them I kept looking for the size but I couldn't find it . I put them in a pair of shoes and they are so soft and wonderful , I"m keeping them anyway .

Madefeet feel better

Too large so I returned them.
