Quality, reasonably priced product.
I had an issue with my first shipment (not the product), where I never received it. I spoke with the customer service, and they were very understanding and offered to send out a replacement free of charge. I really appreciated this, as it was something that they probably didn't have to do. Overall, this has been a great product. For a couple years my rear wiper wouldn't wipe more than about a 3" swath. I changed the blade a few times, and finally decided to try the arm instead. It worked like a charm, and for a reasonable price.

Clean Sweep
Went on easily and fits well. I read in another review that the replacement arm was better than what came standard on the vehicle and I agree 100%. The streaky partial cleaning I got with the stock arm (even with a new blade) became a 'clean sweep' after I installed this part.

Perfect for a custom UTV wiper build
I used this arm, along with another universal length ANCO wiper arm, to make the perfect custom length wiper arm for my 2020 Polaris Ranger XP1000 with factory lock & ride glass windshield, 2001-2007 Ford Escape wiper motor and a 18” wiper blade. About $150 invested instead of paying $590 for the Polaris model. I even found the correct off/on/momentary on switch so the wiper remains on while squirting the wiper fluid.

Works great on a 2003 Ford Escape
I purchased this because the rear window blade hardly touched the window. It was hard to take off the old one, but easy to put on the new one. It works great, water is wiped off like it should be.

One of the few components which is not compatible with the UK model
I checked out my VIN# at Fordparts.com (which says my truck is a 2002 Ford Escape) and ordered this from Amazon believing it would fit my 2003 Ford Maverick Mk II, but even with hindsight (after troubles with a EGR Pressure Feedback Sensor) and adjusting the year of manufacture to 2001 Amazon's compatibility checker still says this wiper will fit a 2001 Ford Escape. I even ordered a 2001 Ford Escape wiper arm from a Ford dealership in San Diego and had a friend post it to me, but none of them have the correct attachment to fit my UK truck!!! This is the only part I have ever found to be incompatible between the US and UK models.
