How could this not get five stars. I was so happy to be able to get this syrup before tariffs were put on. It is outstanding. The quality is great, the texture is awesome, the size will last you a long time. Time. I would recommend this in a heartbeat if you are a maple syrup person. Sometimes you pay for what you get, and this is one of those cases

This is so f-in good. Like I wanted to sit and dink the whole bottle. Consistency was good, not too thick not too runny. And taste was so wonderful so so good omg.

There’s something different about this maple syrup—smells amazing, and tastes even better! I initially bought it as a souvenir, but after trying it, I know I’ll be buying it again.The packaging is absolutely stunning, with a luxurious feel that elevates the whole experience. I flew a long way with it and was a bit worried about how it would hold up, but everything arrived safe and sound—no spills or damage at all!Not only does it taste incredible, but the premium packaging makes it a perfect gift or indulgent treat for yourself. Highly recommend it!

I was a little trepidatious about buying a bottle of anything, let alone if that something costs over $20, that didn't have Mrs. Butterworth on the label (not that I'd ever pay over $20 for Mrs. Butterworth). Suburban upbringing aside, I was concerned I'd be drinking what you'd imagine tree sap would taste like. I took a guess as to which color to buy and picked the one that looked least like grocery store syrup. It's a beautiful bottle with that red amber color and snowy wax top. (Getting that wax off is another story, but I eventually got it off with the least damage to the plastic cap underneath.) I ordered pancakes from the best (OPH) and have to admit it is pretty tasty considering I can't process butter and have to eat them with just syrup. I left off a star on each category because nothing about this purchase was absolutely transcendent, but it is definitely a fine product worth the asking price and would make a superb gift for the syrup connoisseur.

This is my second order of this amazing product. Everyone who loves pancakes, waffles and good cooking products with extraordinary flavor, should try this product. You will not be disappointed. And if you've never used truly, authentic maple syrup, you should treat yourself, or if you just want to see how different and good the amazing difference is between real, maple tree sap produced by a company with high standards, and the store shelf brands that have huge adverstising budgets, just try a less expensive version of "real" maple at your grocer's. There are some good choices out there that are more than colored sugar cane syrup with artificial caramel coloring and preservatives. Escuminac, though it seems pricey, is the real thing. It lasts a long time, because you do not need to completely obliterate your dish to get the deep, rich, maple flavor. It is good value for money, but I know these are really tough times. This is an affordable luxury.
