Work well - really pleased with them
This brand was recommended to me by my daughter - who bought some a while ago. I use them to turn on a lamp in my living room and a set of plug in decorative lights that I have in my dining room, as I like there to be lights on when I get home at night and also to look like someone may be home for security reasons. They work by using an app (so you’ll need a smartphone or tablet) but it was easy to download and set up. I use a scheduled timer for on/off times, but particularly like the fact that I can turn on anything attached to the plug at any time if, for instance, I wanted to override the timer and have the plugs come on at a different time. There is also a countdown option to have the plug on for a set period on time before turning off, which would be good for a nighttime lamp etc. Really handy and would also be helpful if plugs are hidden behind furniture and you can’t get to the switch to physically turn on or off.

Perfect for my needs
This are great. Simple to integrate and set up timers. It's interesting to be able to see exactly how much power I'm using through the individual sockets.Like for my home office for instance, to be able to accurately see how much my workstation is using. The timer function is really useful and only takes a couple of minutes to get it going.I really like the understated design, they just blend in compared to the old, ugly timer switches.I'm using them with the Tuya Smart app.

Can be a pain to set up but great after
OK so I have a few of these plugs and fully intend for my entire life to be run through one of theseOnce set up, they almost instantly appear in Alexa and Home, as do any scenes. It's pretty easy to create a scene and use it in an assistant. They respond quickly and seem to be fairly resilient to network blips (Virgin router, frequently taken by surprise by Internet traffic. Baffling)I've only had a handful of instances where I'm required to power cycle one of these plugs (bearing in mind I have around 12 now in constant use). It's so very cool to be able to monitor the electricity usage and define schedules to minimise costsThe only downside is a very typical one: Software. Don't get me wrong, for the most part, the software is very serviceable. But when it comes to adding a device, it's just a little bit opaque. It would be made a lot easier by simply displaying the automated scan page first. Instead, the manual add page is presented. It's a tiny change, but it would make a difference I think (either that or I'm the only one and I really am an utter catastrophe; strong possibility)I definitely recommend these, even if you don't want to automate stuff. They're worth it for the monitoring

Works well
Used Smart Life app to install not recommended app but easily recognised and installed unit. Follow instructions in app not paper instructions. Note only uses 2.4 hz Wi-Fi. Install one by one. Can rename and group later if wanted. Can share app and login across several phones so other family members can also control. Tip: program in convenient location then unplug and take to where wanted. Should remember setting when moved. Note that requires good Wi-Fi connection so did not work in separate garage. But still very pleased.

Great product and easy to use
Smart Plugs have multiple purposes and one of the best benefits is being able to switch on devices outside the room you're in turning them into semi-smart devices. This specific one looks very sleek and doesn't add too much to the profile of the "ugly" plugs we get with some devices so makes for a nice way to automate your home.Setup wise was pretty straight forwards - the main thing to be aware of is the 2.4Ghz frequency on your router - most new routers since 2019 or so onwards are 4.8Ghz and 2.4Ghz as a dual band operation but setup wise of all these devices (and that goes for other rival products too) is 2.4Ghz only so you need to be kind of techy to understand how your router backend works to disable the 4.8Ghz before you install and re-enable afterwards. After that although the app is full of ads it's very simple to use and hook into Alexa and co and I was impressed by how instantaneous the control of the on/off of the plug was (literally <1s from pressing on my phone to it having effect)! It's therefore right up there on simple to use, efficient and reasonably priced for a 2 pack of achieving what I bought it for!

Device is fine. Associated app stinks like a kipper's armpit.
I work in IT for a living, so I'm good at this stuff. Bought one of these a year ago & more by sheer luck I got it to work after about 1000 attempts. Once connected, it has been faultless. I was daft enough to order another one & as well as not connecting, IT ALSO DISCONNECTED MY OLD ONE that had worked so well after the painful setup process. The app even gives what I could only assume was an error message, but this was just a white box with a green bar across it - presumably a button of some sort. No text to tell you what it is, no clues if it's even a positive or negative thing. No matter how good the device is, the associated software has to be good or the whole thing falls on its face. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Excellent value and works well with Google Home/Assistant
These were a little tricky to first set up as they have to be paired using the 2.4GHz band on the WiFi and my phone always connects at home to the 5GHz band, once this was sorted out they were easy to set up. I used the Smart Life app rather than the standard and they work well with this especially with routines. They also work well with Google Home and with Google Assistant I can control then by voice. On the downside they are not compatible with Samsung Smart Things. I cannot comment on Alexa as I don't use it.
