The Daredevil: A Rivers Wilde Novella (1001 Dark Nights)

I love Dylan Allen, her writing is sexy, fun, exciting and is laden with so much emotion. Her characters always feel like friends by the end of the story and it’s always hard to say goodbye. Tyson and Dina are no different. Their relationship is rocky and they work for it to get to where it needs to be. It’s also sexy and decadent, set in France for most of the book you can imagine the romantic backdrop. What’s not to love. Tyson and Dina are so similar to each other in that they’re both goal focused and motivated people. But Dina wants more for herself and so does Tyson but he won’t allow himself to have it. I loved this book, and honestly could wait to get home or find a quiet moment to read it. Definitely going to be one I come back to again.

Oh how wonderful to be back in this world! I have looked forward to Tyson's story so much and The Daredevil is fabulous. Well written, intelligent, strong characters who leap off the page and a gorgeous romance all add up to bring the reader a 5 star experience. I loved that Tina played a prominent part in the book and that Dina mirrored her strength and fortitude. Tysoe has divided his behaviours so effectively in personal and social interactions while kept his life focus on not letting Tina down while seeking her approval that he has not allowed himself a proper shot at fulfilling and rewarding that warm heart that beats in his chest. Dina is similar, but she has never stepped back or not acknowledged her intense attract to Tyson. The journey to their proper communication of their thoughts and feelings is one which is a delight to read. Fabulous book Dylan 💖💖💖💖💖

What to say other than Gahhhhhhh…..I absolutely love the Rivers Wilde family and all their books and the Daredevil is a fantastic addition.Dylan did them proud, I thoroughly enjoyed Dina and Tysons book.This is a damn hot and fun novella.Dina and Tyson are a tough pair. Individually they have had lots to prove and worked hard to get where they are….they both have made poor errors of judgment in their pasts which they have to shake off.When the two come together it’s like dynamite neither take no crap!Loved this story for them, such a rollercoaster of emotions and revelation on both parts. They both deserve their HEA, just sometimes you have to work that much harder to get it.

This is a gen of a novella which is a perfect addition to this amazing series. This is Tyson and Dina’s journey. Tyson is the youngest of the Wilde’s and has always felt he has more to prove than the rest of the family. Dina is divorced, and totally focused on her career, and she knows what she wants out of life and will not stop until she gets it. Tyson and Dina have been dancing around each other for some time, and the chemistry is combustible and undeniable, but she does not want to put her career in jeopardy as she works for his family’s company. Choices need to be made, Tyson or her career, which will she choose? This is a well written tale which is filled with secrets, drama, romance, love, and is an entertaining and steamy page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Oh how I’ve missed the Rivers Wilde books but so glad of this novella so I can o erase myself back into the story …. Tyson Wilde the ‘baby’ of the Wilde family . Always living in the shadows of his siblings and of course his workaholic outspoken mother , but we do get a glimpse briefly of her softer side in this story . Tyson hasn't quite got over being duped and betrayed by the girl he thought he’d spend the rest of his life with , vowing never mix business with pleasure again , he knuckles down to do his job to prove to his mother that he’s worthy of the promotion that’s in the offing . Tina Wilde thinks otherwise and passes up her son for the promotion and gives it to an outsider which adds to his emotional gloom . Now it’s Christmas Eve and he’s drowning his sorrows with the rest of his family also there is Dena Lu who works within the company she’s also his sister’s Reagan’s best friend . At present Dina is going through a rather messy divorce ,but there is an undeniable attraction between both Tyson and Dina , as both having had a bit too much to drink they nearly act on their attraction ,but are interrupted just in time . With everything that Tyson has gone through he decides to take up a posting within the company in Paris to get away from everything ,leaving a heartbroken Dina …….. that’s until a year later the pair have to work together . Will the spark still be there and will they act on it ? The only way you’ll find that out is by reading the book. 🤗🤗.
