I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

I did face an issue where my mixer stopped working just 15 days after purchase, which was disappointing at first. However, the after-sales service completely changed my experience. Even though my Amazon replacement window had closed, I contacted their support team directly, and they were very responsive and helpful. A special mention to Gazal from the team—she was helpful throughout the process. The pickup was arranged the very next day, and I received a replacement within 5 days since the product was under warranty. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer service. Definitely a good choice!

I'm using this product from long and not got a single issue as of now it's really easy to carry and handle you can carry it for a trip and gazal from thier team always helpful for any information and assistance the quality of this product is outstanding, and safely you can use at your home the power of the motor is strong and the product appearance is good thank you again team.

This juice mixer performs well and meets expectations. The only limitation is that it can only run for 1 minute continuously and requires a short cooldown before the next use. Aside from that, it's a great mixer and I'd highly recommend it. As for after-sales service — when it needed a repair at the 6-month mark, the response was quick, the process was smooth, and I received a brand new replacement with no hassle.

Initially, I faced a leaking issue while blending, and the juice would leak during use. I took photos of the issue and contacted customer support. Their response was very quick and professional. They explained the possible reason for the leaking problem and immediately sent me two new replacement blades. After trying the new blades, the leaking issue was completely resolved, and now the blender works perfectly without any problems. I also really liked their customer service because they were responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Another great thing is that this product comes with a 2-year warranty, which gives extra confidence and peace of mind while using it.
