But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

It works really well and has been very useful during my pregnancy, especially for making fresh fruit juices and smoothies quickly and easily. One thing I really liked is that the blender works automatically without needing to hold or shake the jar while blending, unlike many regular mixers. You can simply switch it on, and it blends smoothly on its own, which makes it very convenient and comfortable to use. I also loved the jar design. I did face an issue where my mixer stopped working just 15 days after purchase, which was disappointing at first. However, the after-sales service completely changed my experience. Even though my Amazon replacement window had closed, I contacted their support team directly, and they were very responsive and helpful. A special mention to Gazal from the team—she was helpful throughout the process. The pickup was arranged the very next day, and I received a replacement within 5 days since the product was under warranty. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer service. Definitely a good choice!
