Inspiring Book for Aspiring folks
I am writing this review hoping that it would benefit others.Just completed reading 'The underage Ceos' by Ganesh Vancheeswaran. The book is an awesome read. It's written in a simple way(I really like books written that way as the objective is to communicate). Each and every story is inspiring. My favourite is that of Shadab Hasan who is running a school in a backward area. And its not just about some person who made it really big and showing off their cars and yachts. This is more real and inspiring stuff. Something that we can relate too.Ganesh has captured the tentativeness, self doubts, fear of the entrepreneur as it is.(Nothing more nothing less). Some things like passion is unexplainable and I like it when Ganesh mentions it the same way.Without trying too much to create a story or reason for it.I like the fact that he has chosen entrepreneurs doing things as diverse as web development,Dance school,School in Rural area,Urban farming,Anaerobic culture .Simply amazing. And final 2 chapters are really important and will be a delight for anyone trying to decipher 'Funding'.On the whole this is a great book and is sure to inspire you.

An Extremely Inspiring Read.
As a first-time entreprenuer - I must say that I throughly enjoyed this book. I was really drawn to the fact Ganesh focused on individuals with vastly different missions spanning the entire breadth of the country. What really resonated with me was that Ganesh's major measure of success was the impact that each of these individuals and stories had. Too often, a person's worth and success is measured in terms of their P&L. While that may be important, Ganesh reminds us that it isn't everything. Thanks for that.

A book you cannot do without, if you want to do something different in life. Inspirational stuff!
The Underage CEOs delves into the struggles and journeys of 11 youngsters who dared to think different and then worked towards living life on their own terms. Taut narration, an interesting mix of businesses that these young guns are running and the latent belief that each one of us can make our dreams come true - all these make this book a great read. This is the best book on entrepreneurship that I have come across so far. The author seems to be conversing with the reader, instead of just providing facts and numbers. He comes across as someone who is very sensitive and knows the pulse of the reader. There are useful lessons highlighted at the end of every story and a message from the entrepreneur. I also liked the interviews with an investor and an entrepreneur on funding ventures.A gripping read, nothing short of a thriller for those who dare to dream and want to do something on their own in life; those who want to get out of the rut. It has made me believe that if these 11 youngsters can do it, so can I!
