Ceaco - The Secret Garden - 2000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

The only thing i found wrong was that the puzzle was cut differently on 1 piece on the bottom, like the cutter was off a little? But made no difference in the puzzle coming out perfectly.

There was a gap in the middle where the pieces didn't fit together. And the last two pieces didn't fit in the puzzle. For how much I paid for this, it was extremely disappointing.

It was a great puzzle. Lots of colors and a challenge. Note to customer who complained a piece was missing. Look very carefully. There is a tiny piece that was really strange just about 1/4 of an inch. You have to be very cautious when opening the bag of pieces that you don't throw it away. Only puzzle I have ever seen with such a small puzzle piece. Other than that worth buying.

Like others that have bought puzzles here I had problems. Unfortunately, I don't do puzzles in summer. It's summer. So the fall weather is here and it rained all day yesterday. What do you do...a puzzle. So here I am cozy sweatshirt, sweats, fluffy socks with dinner in the crock pot. Ready to hunker down and start a puzzle while sitting on the couch. Go through all the pieces to find the border. Arrange all pieces on my baking sheets. Ready to get down to work. Wait, these pieces don't fit quite right, but the picture lines up, scratching head. Maybe I have them in the wrong spot. I complain to my husband. He then looks for all the blue watering can, because that's literally the only aqua blue in the puzzle. Nope, they really don't fit. Dang it, Amazon. What the heck?! Hours wasted on a puzzle that really doesn't fit together. It all goes back in the box! Luckily, Ceaco has a money back guarantee! So off an email goes this morning.What does this teach me? Don't buy puzzles off Amazon and not do them straight away!!!

The 2000 piece puzzle is too large for the die that cuts the puzzle. Where the two cuts join in the middle of the puzzle the pieces are often have wings that are so thin that they broken during shipping. The same is true of a dozen other pieces throughout the puzzle where the cut is too thin. There are a few spots where there are very small gaps in the puzzle because of the poor cut design.Other than the poor cut, it is a nice puzzle. The pieces are unique enough that only one piece fits in a particular spot.I probably won't buy from this company again because of how it is cut.

Great puzzle gift for my parent - wanted something more challenging than a 1,000 piece and loved the design of this one. So many pieces be careful not to lose them!

I have put together a lot of puzzles over the years as a family hobby. This was my first 2000 piece one. As I sorted out the edge pieces, I noticed the edges of individual pieces seemed curved but just brushed it off as maybe overanalyzing. I also received a "puzzle piece" that may just be incorrectly cut or spare cardboard accidentally included with the other pieces (pic attached) as it looks nothing like the other standard shapes. Some pieces had the paper ripping off already as well. I wasn't too phased by this stuff until I started putting it together and the edges of the puzzle refused to straighten. They all curved. I included an example pic with a straight edge of paper for reference. Also, in at least two spots, the pieces fit together and matched image-wise, but the size of the puzzle pieces didn't line up (also referenced in an attached pic). I just don't have the confidence that this puzzle includes all the pieces or that everything will fit together as intended with the edges remaining curved. I've never faced this issue with any other puzzle so I will be returning.
