This book has every immaginable house style and plan in it. It was purchased as a gift, but I was very impressed and so was the recipient. Highly recommend. Nice to review for anyone considering building a home.

While the book provides a good starting point, I often had to seek out additional resources to get the specifics needed for implementation. For someone like me, who enjoys diving into the nitty-gritty details of a project, this was a bit of a letdown.Despite this, the book has been an invaluable tool in sparking ideas and guiding the early stages of planning. It’s an excellent addition to my DIY library, even if it sometimes requires supplementing with more detailed information.

I purchased this book over a few others because the others said it had large footage homes. Well, this one has 85% of the plans for homes over 2,000 sq ft. Also, I didn't see many different plans than the several other older books printed in 2010 or so.Seems there isn't any difference from one house plan book to the others. Will look online for the square footage home we would like.

Great; I was interesting on 7TH edition its so important to me but at this moment i only have edition 4THPLZ if you try to sale that edition 7TH let me know to buy also!!!

Good variety of home plans. Haven't ordered full plans or built a house from them, but I love the options in this book. Gives good ideas on layouts and elevations.
