Easy to install & works for many bikes
It is great to know that this garmin varia mount was built for ease of use. With different size seatposts and mounting areas on different bikes, I am able to move this mount between my bikes within a minute or two. The tightening mechanism is strong and overall, after using it for a while, I am confident that it will last for a long time. Great product overall!

Best mount alternative for non-standard seat posts
I haven’t ridden with this mount as of this writing but it sure looks sturdy. Although there is a little sway side to side, it won’t get dislodge during the ride. Definitely secure vertically. I actually bounced the rear wheel quite hard and it didn’t move a mm up or down or sideways. I used the optional wedge which worked well with my Madone Gen 8 Seatpost. See pics. I only hope that the non abrasive cable would last a long time and won’t get cut. It is actually a good material choice since it will not damage carbon. I will still put a plastic film similar to ride wrap just to make sure paint won’t be damage during normal use.

Great Product With Potential Longevity Issues.
Overall, really, really great product. I've had this for two days shy of a year and have really enjoyed it. However, here lately, I've really had to torque down on the tightness of the Boa dial to get the mount to stay in place on my D Shaped seat post. Torquing down on in isn't the easiest, but it's doable. Again, overall very solid product that is compatible with and fits a variety of seat posts through it's included adapters. Just longevity may be an issue for you as it was with me.

Quality, function, reliability
Great platform for Garmin/Wahoo computers! Love that is compatible with my aero cf seat post. Easy to adjust, secure and has held up well. All my bikes are equipped with one.

Avid Rider
This is so much more secure than the setup you get with the taillight. I previously lost a taillight because the ring slipped off the mount and I didn't notice til my long ride was over.

KOM, test your stuff and react accordingly!
UPDATE: As I said I would, I wrapped a piece of 3M Protective Tape around the section of seat post and the mount seemed to grip A LOT better -- almost no slipping down and harder to rotate the Varia. I took it on a 64-mile ride that included some very bumpy asphalt and the unit barely moved, but certainly never loosened or slipped down and failed as it had during an 18-mile ride on smooth roads. One thing I plan to redo, is wrap a longer section of the seat post, to give the mount a chance to settle into a spot that's still wrapped with the tape, because the wires held their position but the rubber grip did tend to want a lower spot than the wires (as you can see in my photo). CONCLUSION: KOM should include a small supply of Protective Tape - otherwise, this thing DOES NOT WORK for carbon seat post finishes - it just doesn't. Giving it three stars, up from just two. FIRST REVIEW: As others have reported, on a round, carbon seat post, it does not hold securely. I made sure the post was clean (with rubbing alcohol) before mounting and even with the "Boa" clamp as tight as possible, it seemed tight when I started the ride, but after 15 miles, on average pavement I noticed it had fallen almost three (3) inches. I had my doubts it was going to work, even before the ride because it was pretty easy to rotate/swivel the mount. Now, I'm sure KOM put this product out there and mostly didn't care. The rubber just isn't soft and grippy enough for smooth, round, carbon (matte finish) seat posts -- period. For $39, this single-function, basic accessory should do its job with no accommodations necessary. KOM, I'm going to try and make up for your indifference by wrapping my seat post with a piece of 3M protective tape, which I happen to have and which seems to want to grip you rubber insert a bit better than my seat post surface. I'll report back. If that works for me, I might keep your over-priced accessory.

Useless. Bad design
Does not function properly. It is not able to hold the light in place, it rotates. Additionally, the radar also does not fit tightly on the KOM Cycling, it does not click when turning it. The idea is good but requires adjustments, it is poorly executed. I threw away the money.

Great mount for radar
Fantastic mount for deep aero seatposts. Holds steady and secure without marking the carbon. Easy to install for training and easy to remove for races.

Easily slides or shifts
I really wanted to like this and it has a nice look, but it doesn’t really fit an S-works pave D shaped seat post. it will shift right or left with any bumps in the road. Moved it to my aero post on another bike and it works better, but it will still SLIDE down unless you put some rubber/silicon under the straps.

Not actually very good
I had been waiting ages for these to come in stock and was massively disappointed when it arrived Yes there is less chance of it dropping off than the standard Garmin seat post mount that comes with the Varia. Also if you have a D shaped or aero seat post this might work well However for a standard round seat post it is absolutely rubbish. There isn't enough friction so the mount swivels round at the slightest pressure. This could probably be solved by putting in a shim, however I wouldn't expect to have to bodge it with a £40+ mount Would definitely avoid. Nice idea. Terrible in practice

Quality
I think this product is awesome. Great quality. Sturdy and easy to use. BUT....unfortunately it just didn't work out for me. I have very little room on the back of my bike to use this effectively. I'm sad I can't use it. I really like the product. I'd recommend this to anyone who need a great product to hold your Garmin Varia.
