I appreciate the lower dosage as the higher doses have created some issues for me. If you need or want a higher dose you can double up on the pills. This are very small capsules if you have trouble swallowing bigger ones. I have never had an issue with this brand and feel that the quality is good.

Familiar with manufacturer, known to have good products and fair prices .... needed to elevate D3 levels, won't know until blood test are done, may upgrade to 5000 ....

This 1000 IU Nature Made Vitamin D3 is small, easy to swallow, and has no noticeable odor. I live in a cold area with little sun in winter, so I take it to support my mood and well-being. We've ordered the smaller bottle from iHerb previously. The capsules were not entirely stuck together. The capsules in these two 300 capsule bottles are ENTIRELY stuck together. I've tried to pry capsules off, but they're stuck fast. How to eat this? Is the active ingredient still effective if the bottles have been kept in such lousy conditions that it arrives in an indistinguishable clump of capsules?
