Delivered by an Amazon truck. Because it’s pretty long. Very sturdy despite being light weight. We bought this for access to light bulbs, dusting light fixtures, and changing air filters on both 10 foot and 12 foot ceilings. Light indoor use. It is just the right height for me and my wife to access those 10 and 12 foot ceilings. But we also have one room with a 14 foot ceiling and it’s not tall enough for that room. And frankly that’s getting above my comfort with heights anyway. Anyway. Very sturdy and shockingly light. Yet when u are on it you have a very confident sturdy feeling. No wobble or sway or creaking. The idea of the platform is SO much safer and easier to use than a conventional step ladder. This is replacing a heavy wooden ladder that isn’t tight or sturdy anymore. Once you are on the platform you can work in more directions than a step ladder without knocking your back out. If I were to say anything bad, it’s just a tad narrow to be comfortable if it was set on anything other than a hard flat stable surface. I wouldn’t use it outside to trim trees or something on soft unstable ground without being super careful about its footing. Amazon delivered it from a loft gate truck and the guys were very nice. It was wrapped in plastic with cardboard support corners. Not a scratch on it.

lightweight and sturdy well made perfect height

OMGosh why didn't I buy this sooner!? (Okay, the price...but STILL!) I should have bought this ladder when I bought my villa with the super high ceilings. I'm so happy with it! It's sturdy, super lightweight, and the steps are perfect for bare feet (the tread pattern doesn't hurt). I had one of the super heavy and awkward normal ladders, but it didn't bring me anywhere near close enough to change my own lightbulbs or the batteries in the fire alarms. I always had to get my brother-in-law to help me...he's taller and isn't afraid of standing on the top step! I have a place in the very center of my home that has a skylight and has glass block around the top of the walls to allow bright light into the villa. Now I can clean the block and the window frames around it! My favorite part about this ladder is that it is lightweight and easy for me to lift. I just have to get used to the length of it while moving around from room to room...I accidentally banged it off a few things. I was tempted to buy the more expensive version of this ladder with the wider steps but I'm happy I didn't. I use the ladder with bare feet and it's perfect. I'm not sure if shoes would make a difference? If you've been thinking about buying this ladder but haven't? Just buy it. Totally worth it.

I use this for cleaning gutters. It is very light which makes it easy to move around. The safety rail at the top is pretty high so it is a bit of an effort to move it inside the garage but Overall I am happy and would buy it again

Was pleasantly surprised by this ladder. It looks a little flimsy but isn’t at all. We have been using it at work and everyone feels secure while using. It’s easy to lift and carry around. I would recommend it and would buy again.

I was impressed with how light weight this ladder is but it’s flimsy and wobbly, even with the added support feet I purchased separately. It’ll work for quick jobs like changing AC filters or lightbulbs but don’t expect to use this for painting or any kind of heavy work, especially not on unsteady ground. It doesn’t have a true center support brace, just two wires that keep it from over extending and that’s what makes it wobbly. I didn’t pay attention to that little tidbit when ordering. The top plastic tray broke (corner cracked about an inch) within two days and all I did was put a gallon sized paint can on it along with some brushes and rags. Still usable but a disappointment, none the less. I don’t mind adding this to my collection of ladders because it has its advantage (lightweight) but I wouldn’t like it if this was the only ladder I had.

Great ladder-very lightweight to carry but still very solid.

Pros: lightweight, height Cons: Everything else. Looks like they sacrificed a lot to sell the fact that it can reach incredible heights in a lightweight ladder, but what you give up is stability, safety and design. My ladder seemed to be pretty well packaged but it was beaten up by the time I pulled it out of the box. The aluminum material used was so soft that I could bend it with my bare hands and I have zero upper body strength. Yes, you can get reach 10+ feet in this ladder but it felt like a circus act the entire time and I wasn’t even going to the very top…the steps are too narrow and material too thin…definitely not for anyone even a little nervous heights. Safety first so this one got returned and I will be avoiding this brand. A supreme disappointment.

1picked this ladder for several reasons one I can lean it up against the wall and I can still use it 2 he had a tool tray which I really liked 3 the platform and the bonus it doesn't have any plastic hinges or joints that are designed to fail after prolonged use don't let those plastic covers on the hinge fool you those are full metal hinges underneath I was like you great another step with the weakest point being plastic but it's not. Working with this ladder is really good the only thing I don't like about the ladder is it creeks like crazy when you're going up and down you'll hear those steps when I'm working with the ladder it's like having another construction crew making noise but it is sturdy and that's what I like about it so to sum it all up pro it's got everything you'll need for the job site Con it makes a lot of noise that is the only flaw but it's made in Germany and if you know the Germans they make quality stuff and thanks again to Amazon for bringing these beautiful products to us thanks guys
