Du-Bro 300SL 3" Super Lite Wheel (2-Pack)

Very good wheels, The Dubro brand is the Gold Standard.. Perfect size and fit. Dubro has been one of the best producer of RC parts for Decades. I do recommend there products.

These wheels have been the perfect upgrade to the stock wheels that came on the Yak 12 foamy. I can now shoot touch and goes off the tall grass down at the park. While they slightly take away from the scale look of the plane, they make up for it in performance. I would recommend these for just about any park flyer. You will be able to land in the grass without the usual tip over.

These are a nice, softer alternative to the rock hard OEM wheels that come with the FMS 800mm Warbirds. They hold up well, while absorbing those not-so-smooth parking lots or bike paths/sidewalks I sometimes fly my RC planes to and from. Highly recommend.

Good wheels. Firm structure and really light. Honestly, I used these for a cart I built for my tiny dog. His legs went out in his old age and I needed a tall, light wheel for his butt-cart. They are seriously light, and quite firm. Like, if you squeeze them hard with your fingers they yield maybe 1/4 inch or less. I had to drill out the hub to fit a 1/4-20 bolt through it and it went very easy.

I bought these wheels for my Apprentice S 15e and they work great. They are slightly loose on the landing gear wire because the hole in the wheel is larger but it doesn't cause any problems. I take off of and land on grass at a park and these helped give a little more clearance for the prop. Pros: Quality material and seems put together really well. I have been using them for months without any problems.

These Du-Bro Wheels really look great, They are not as light as I would have hoped and not as soft, more of a rubber feel. But they do look great. These Du Bro's are a stiffer material, again sort of the rubber feel, not the foam feel most think. They are light but heavier than the foam feel ones. Remember that when you buy these they are a little heavier. But they are still a great product and look real. Gave it 4 stars simply because they should be lighter material for a "super Lite " wheel.

I put these on my Hobbyzone Super cub S and they instantly made a huge difference in grass landings! There seams to be mixed reviews about results when landing in grass and may have something to do with the length and maybe consistency of the field surface. The park I use has a fairly well maintained mixed grass surface with some small weeds mixed in. I would say the length is between 1.5 to 4 inches in places and pretty flat. These wheels have no problem rolling over that type of surface and I never have any tip overs. There dry light so I have no balance issues with them but they are a tad bouncy on hard surface landings, nothing that can't be overcome with a proper approach angle! I did have to add a small piece of brass tubing in the hub to get a better fit to my axle but my factory wheel nuts fit right back on with no issues. Grab a set, you won't be disappointed!

As other reviews have mentioned, these wheels are a little wide for the Super Cub. However, it only took a couple minutes with a Dremil tool to fix this and if I had taken a little more time they would have looked like they came from the factory the right width. I could have done the same thing with a blade it just would have taken a little longer as well. Truth be told, I think these wheels look a LOT better than the factory wheels, and while they might not be exactly to scale I often land on grass and the factory wheels were useless for this. Personally, I think these wheels look fine, have decent quality, and should fit my need perfectly.
