Well it seems a good product at 2999 but sensors are not accurate like spo2 it even gives 99 98 when wrap on bottle. My actual bp as measure on machine was 154 .it was showing 120.no alert when reading goes above normal.it shows indication of comming call but if I press green button the call is disconnected. Needs lot of software improvement.

Strong body and silicon strap.4. No leggy UI.5. Bluetooth stable connection and always take/Reject call during Bluetooth connectivity.6. Sufficient Battery life and 2hrs complete charge.7. 1000 phonebook save in watch.Cons.1. Sleep monitoring is pathetic and not capture rapid eye movement.2. when first time connect to the phone via Bluetooth it not connect properly and take more time.3. Step count is show later on display.so its better discission, you should buy this watch for price compromise.thanks

I bought this one based on your reviews. First impression is awesome. Built quality and design is excellent. Its a bunch of stuff under 3k. But problem in measuring the spo2, heart rate, bp. You need patience to get readings, it's too lag to get. I'm not getting spo2 and heart rate reading while measuring, later while trying again it is showing as "last reading". I raised for a replacement, lets see what happens with replaced product. I got the replacement product, but same issue. If you compromise some issues, no doubt it is the best watch with BT calling under 3k.

Update : I contacted the customer support for Flix watch. There seems to be no after sales service available. I will update here if I hear anything positive from the customer support.So far, I would not recommend to buy this product.The watch I received is not switching ON. Tried to charge it, the watch is getting warm (not hot), probably an indication that it is getting charged. But, it is not turning ON.The seal of the box is already broken. It was repacked using a regular cellophane adhesive tape. You can see the attached pictures.The watch also did not have the protective stickers on the screen and on the rear.There is no user manual in the box.I have requested for a replacement. Hope I will receive a new watch, not a used, defective or returned watch as it happened today.

I have purchased this and got charging issues. then I replaced it but second one is I opened after 7 days because I was in out of town. ButNow the problem is, it doesn't have calling feature… Only showing call notification. you can’t receive call. 🤯Now it’s too late for replacement and Amazon customer care service also not supporting.

i purchased this watch for me as my first smartwatch and was blown away with the features, i was very interested for calling feature and call clarity is very clear and i got many more other features with it like blood oxygen level, Thermometer, sleep tracking, workouts and also waterproof, i compared many watches before buying and i found this was a best deal at this price, now after delivery i loved it, i used it for almost 10 days now and only on single charge which is amazing, very impressed with the features and usage.
