Cold air has returned...
Went almost 10 days without air conditioning during the middle of August in this Texas heat. The air conditioning was sorely missed, needless to say. We had the local Nissan dealership install this compressor after they said they didn't have any in stock (labor was 470 out the door). It has worked for a good 500 miles now on a 2010 Nissan Armada Titanium 4x2 with rear air.

Failed in less than a year...
Bought this to fix the AC on my 2008 Nissan Armada. The compressor noise was noticeable upon installation when the engine was idle and the air coming out of the vent was only moderately cooler. Contacted UAC about the noise it was making but did not receive a response.Several months go by and the noise gets louder and the AC gets warmer until now no cool air comes out of the vents. Pressure is low on the HIGH side but normal on the LOW side which leads me to believe this compressor has failed.
