This is a yes. The best quality rosin for the price. I accidentally got the dark one from the same brand and I personally did not like it for my cello bow. It didn’t sound right. I usually keep my cello and it’s bow at room temperature with natural sunlight. Get this rosin if this is you with your string instrument.

I realize now that I could have easily supported my local music shop for this product and I kind of wish I did. I don't care if I would have paid brick and mortar pricing. But....I ordered it here and it is a tried and true brand name and the rosin is top notch quality. Now if I could only make my fiddle not sound like I stepped on a cat!
