Customer service is 2nd to none
I had an issue with the charging of my torch and the guys at shide EU contacted me and were the most professional and helpful , they simply couldn't do enough to help me . I have to be honest this type of customer service is getting very rare on amazon from other companies so when I seen how quickly these guys helped me and replaced my torch for me I was quite impressedI received my new torch about an hour ago and everything seems to be fine with this item , it has excellent zoom and brightness and a handy little carry case that fits to your belt , u can use the rechargeable battery or normal AA batteries with the attachment that is supplied and best of all for me is its not too bulky but still has the same power of some larger torches on the market , I would recommend this torch to anyone regardless of the initial charging issue ,shide EU offered me a full refund but I asked if they could send me a replacement instead so that shows its a good bit of kit because if it wasn't I'd have just taken the money and bought a replacement elsewhere .

Box didn't close properly.
Good product with no issues. This was a gift to someone, so I wanted it to be good and it was, except that the box didn't close properly. Could lock one side and not the other which made it look cheap.

Very impressed with price Vs performance
Very bright and good battery life have made me very happy with my purchase. Great for all outdoor purposes with the excellent ability to switch via zoom from flood to focused light.Also, excellent for use indoors when you’ve dropped your tv remote under the sofa or chairs etc. or such things.

This torch appears great, but hold no charge even when not used.. I charge it fully and then it dies within a day without any use.. do not buy!

..sehr gute taschenlampe mit tollem preis-leistungs-verhältnis und man bekommt genau das, was in der produktbeschreibung steht..ich bin mehr als zufrieden, vor allem muss es nicht immer ein sündteures markenprodukt sein, die dann elend versagen..

piles défectueuse
je viens de réceptionner la lampe torche, recharge les piles.fin du chargement je débranche et là surprise une piles défectueuse à couler lors de la charge, et à brûlé et endommagé tout l'intérieur.

Bella ma un po' voluminosa . Con il suo fodero si adatta perfettamente alla cinta . Nel mio caso al cinturone essendo una gpg. Durata della batteria ottima . Con cavo micro usb per la ricarica . AMAZON come sempre impeccabile nella spedizione. Grazie
