This remarkably effective mold inhibitor is typically marketed in containers weighing 50 pounds. What I ordered arrived in a much more convenient size and weight. The vendor probably began with the 50-pound container.The problem is, the plastic bag it arrived in had a gummy-adhesive seal at the top, when it really requires a heat seal. Some of it (not a lot) leaked out in shipment.This product, although edible and safe when mixed in tiny quantities with food, is a nasal irritant when inhaled. When you pour it out of the bag, some of the extremely fine powder rises in the air almost like visible steam. I quickly learned, in order to avoid the irritation, to make any such transfer outdoors where the wind blew it away.When mixed with other dry powders, the only way to achieve an even mixture is to first grind the inhibitor with a coffee grinder. It arrives with extremely fine particles mixed with much coarser ones. It's certainly not an uniform mixture out of the bag. If you're dissolving what your making in water (as in the making of bread dough), this might not be an issue.
