Extra Thick Liposuction Foam Pads

This lipo foam has honestly been a life saver. I had 360 lipo with fat transfers to be hip dips yesterday and the compression garment is so tight it’s cutting into my skin and making it numb. The surgeons PA said I didn’t need them but thank goodness I didn’t listen because I would be in agony without the foam. The cushioning is absolutely essential. I wasn’t able to sleep without them I was in too much pain, not from my wounds but from the garment. I just padded out around the bum and my tummy and rib cage. I think it’s also helping to make my skin smoother as the garment can leave lines, lumps and bumps. Highly recommended!

Considering this is £20 the foam boards are so flimsy. They should be more hard for the price these are not good enough for post surgery.

I laid these under my suit that the clinic sent me home in but it became a little loose as the swelling reduced. But these foams left indentations in my skin . These photos were taken the next morning hoping they would go down? They went down a little but still very much visible. So i obviously stopped using them. I tried to return them explained what they done. But they are trying to say it’s from my suit Not their foams . Foams are soft and don’t leave indents! Well they have. I brought them to help with shape and compression under my suit that’s now a little loose . I ordered 2 because I didn’t have enough as I had 360 body lift and thighs. But now won’t accept return on used foams ? How do I know they weren’t any good for me unless I use them ? Honestly?? Stay well away because you won’t get a refund if they don’t help you ! You buy foam to Help after liposuction/ surgery. But they didn’t help the left marks and deep ones to. But now they won’t accept them back ! Rubbish company go elsewhere!

This is NOT REAL lipo foam or Epi Foam. Very poor quality, not as advertised and big waste of money. They are too soft in every way, not ideal for post op.

These are thicker than the standard foams. They gave me much needed cushion on the waist. The faja waist was digging so these helped to take away the knots and fibrosis forming.

I don't think this product should be worn right away, but maybe down the line in the healing process to add extra cushion underneath the faja. I tried using it at the 2 week mark and my faja fell down and bruised me on the sides. My post op care lady said that I'm just not ready for this yet. To stick to using the foam binder underneath the faja for the next 3 months or so before trying this again

The foam Pads were perfect for my post op. I had other brands but since I became XXS from the surgery the other pads I had were not giving me the necessary pressure for the healing, which with this one I was able to simply cut the format necessary to have a higher compression.
