I scammed
While the keyboard seems good but in the description it says that it's a wireless keyboard and it's not! I think I got scammed for almost 300 USD.

Beautiful
Great build quality and a greater soothing sound, the only issue is that they shipped the wrong keycaps colors but I can live with that.

Excellent Keyboard - Recommended
If you are already into mechanical keyboards and want a prebuilt that doesn't need modding to sound and feel great I highly recommend it. If you are curious about mechanical keyboards I recommend a cheaper alternative to try them out first.

Love Keychron products!
There is nothing imperfect about this product. It would be good of Keychron provide spear "End" key or available for sale online...

Terrible customer support
I loved this keyboard for the 5 months it worked properly. Then it started constantly disconnecting from my computer.Customer support answers once a day, in the middle of the night, with useless suggestions (update your firmware essentially). After a couple weeks of no help, I found the official Keychron discord, where a random user pointed me towards an article on Keychron's site about a static shock issue with the Q1.I followed the instructions to scrape some paint off the USB daughter board, it's made a significant difference but I still have disconnects periodically. Keychron has said that it may need a new PCB, but they won't send me one on warranty because I bought it from Amazon.ca instead of Amazon.com.Amazon won't do anything because it's outside of the return window and they're not responsible for the one year warranty. So I'm stuck with a 6 month old $250 keyboard that may or may not nuke the rest of my PC the next time static shocks. Was just about to order a Q5 for my work setup before this all started too, but now I'll be staying far away from Keychron and I recommend you do too.
