I have been taking the White Kidney Bean Capsules for almost 2 weeks now and after 2 days I have been steadily dropping .5-1 lb a day. Decided to try these and see what they would do for me. After a couple of days, I felt better. Energy level is up, and I generally feel better. I have not experienced any weight loss yet, but it's only been a couple of days.
