I bought 2 of these on 4/19/19And both of them stopped working!On one the handpiece literally heated up and started smoking, and the other one the battery pack went out and will not adjust the speed.So basically I'm out over $140.00 because these guys will not let you contact them to file a claim. Amazon is no help either.DO NOT BUY!

The video says to change drill bit to turn central barrel from R to S. My machine has no letter indicators. Did I get a knock Off? The barrel won’t come out. I can’t use it. It is broke? I just got it yesterday. Months later it’s confirmed, this still does not work. I took it to the sail salon and none of the ladies could get attachments in. They said it’s no good. Return it. I held onto it hoping you would add a video tutorial on how to attach but confirmed it’s fake product. Under the circumstances. It’s pointless I hold onto this! Please let me return

Best portable tool I’ve used. before when I had to do a set or refill together on the pedicure chair for the customers I hate it cause the hand drill I was using was heavy to hold so it was hard on the customer hands too cause I was cutting them lol but ever since I order this it’s not a problem anymore it’s light weight fit right in my hand turn as low as I like and as max as I want when cutting down their nails shorter order a total of 3 maybe more in the future I was using it my brother used it he liked it order him 1 a coworker liked it order her 1 lol

This is the worse efile in the market. It will not open to remove or insert any drill bits making it hard to do even a simple manicure. I am extremely unhappy with this product. If I could I would give this product NO starsW. Hampton

I purchased this E-File because my $300 one broke down. And so far is does the job ... Dropped it a couple months ago and now vibrates but thats on me ...works perfectly for over a year and the battery last a while ....

I got this e-file to replace my old one that quit on me in the middle of a nail service. I have been using it for a while now and so far so good. I don't expect it to quit on me anytime soon.

I bought this drill and used it for about 2 months now. It was good at first, but now for some reasons, I cannot put the tip in to use the drill: it won’t fit. I wanted to ask for a refund or return but that window closed a month after I bought it.Please Help

Colette size didn't adjust and didn't match up with files. Couldn't get the files to insert. Motor unit seems fine but useless with that solid colette
