High quality kit for older kids
My grandsons, 7 and 12, loved this kit! It has a heavy duty pick axe and chisels, comes in a high quality bag with many extras included. They were so excited to use it. Highly recommend this reasonably priced, quality kit.

Great for the price and beginners
My son is a rock hound and he got this for Christmas last year. It is great for the price we spent, to the most part it functions well. The bag included helps keep things organized and compact. Not a bad looking set. Only downfall is the chisels wear faster than what we were expecting, but still very pleased.

I recently put it through the paces during some amethyst hunting. Super high quality tools that held up to a punishing day of rock hunting. The canvas bag is great, sturdy with lots of storage. With exception to some batteries for the flash light, this kit has EVERYTHING you could want for a rock adventure!
