This was not easy to install and the plastic bottle below did not fit properly. I ended up using the plastic bottle from the pump I was replacing. I almost sent it back because at first it didn't work, and then my friend moistened the pump which created a seal to allow the vacuum process to work. It should've been in the instructions. The workmanship of the stem was not as depicted in the picture. Under normal circumstances I would return it, but getting under the sink and changing something like this is something I only want to do once every ten years. So I'm living with it.

Mom loves it
I bought this item for my mom, she loves it. The only negatives is the position under the sink; screwing it back, more or less has to be done by feel. I wish the bottles held more soap solution.

Was nice, unfortunately the one I bought didn't pump so I had to send it back. Seller was great though and sent me a full refund without any issues.

Looks great and is sturdy!
This soap dispenser matches our new faucet and it is perfect! I was a little worried it might be too long from one of the other reviewers' comments but it is really perfect! The soap is easily dispensed into a sponge with one hand or straight into the sink (and not dribbling down the side of the sink like with a shorter dispenser). The finish is nice and it seems very sturdy! It seems to hold less soap than our previous dispenser held but we had our old dispenser bottle break, probably because the soap was too heavy and eventually the plastic bottle gave out around the neck. I'm hoping with a smaller bottle, that won't be an issue. I'm fine with having to fill it a little more often. It still takes a while for us to go through 10 oz. of soap anyway! Thank you!!!

Soap dispenser leaks from pump after 3 months
It looks good. However, it usually took 3-4 pumps before eating enough soap. 1-2 pumps to start getting soap. I looked at it today and I found that soap had run down the tubing to the floor of my cabinet. I took out the pump and it was covered with soap. Cleaned it all off and pumped a few times again before checking. Same thing again. When I pump it outside of the receptacle, I hear a sucking sound when the handle is coming up. I figured that is to allow air in so that the bottle of soap doesn’t collapse. I threw the box away after it was installed and I saw that it worked. So I’m stuck with it. I also paid for installation.

works great.
Thread length could be longer. Plumber was barely able to install the retaining nut through 3/4" plywood base and Quartz counter. Otherwise, works great.

Great Price for a Good Little Soap Dispenser
My wife wanted to replace the broken plastic hot water cap for the mud room deep sink. That request spawned into me replacing the whole faucet with something more functional. As with every sink project I tackle these days, I had to have a built in soap dispenser. Since I was buying a Hotis faucet, I wanted a Hotis soap dispenser since I knew the finish was more likely to be identical. This one appeared to be the most like the faucet and I was happy when it arrived to find the finish matched exactly. Since the previous faucet used two holes, I didn't have to make any modifications to accommodate the soap dispenser. Just screwed it in and filled it with soap.

Poor seal and rust after 1 month
The pump looks nice but that's about all it's got going for it. You have to prime it every time you want any soap out, pumping it on minimum (to my count) of 15 times before pressure even starts building back up. After 31 days we noticed it is starting to rust so of course we now can't return it because it's out of the 30 day window. A pump from $1 bottle of soap works better than this.
