I got this to aid my mum who has arthritis get more leverage to get her legs into the car.Access was much quicker and easier. Especially with the use of rotating seat cushion.

This is a great piece of kit, but it does not work well in my car. The bracket, which keeps the door firmly shut and in which this handle fits, is much lower in my car than in most. When I tried it with a disabled friend it was in the way rather than being a support which their right hand could grasp. I have seen it prove to be very beneficial in a friend's car, however. If that had been my only experience I would have given it five stars!
