My favorite
I own three different tripods like this for my Sony RX 100 Mark seven. This is my favorite one you can extend the height. The remote is portable and overall it works great. Even a place at the base to attach a tripod.

Fast bluetooth connection.
Using it with a Sony camera. Once you turn on the switch, bluetooth is connected pretty fast. The pull out gives you a bit more reach. Removeable remote is a great feature.

I like it but...
Overall I am happy with this little guy, small and portable, remote works perfectly with my zve10, my only issue is with the strength of the extension and the fact that it doesn't click into place. I have a medium sized tamron zoom lens, and the pole will not stay fully extended when trying to take selfies or vlog. I understand that this is probably more intended for small prime lenses, but thought I would just forewarn those considering this as an option to consider the size of your lenses before you purchase. If have small, lightweight prime lenses it will work flawlessly, if you have medium sized or zoom lenses it kind of works, if you have a large lens, don't even consider. Still happy with it and the remote comes in handy even when I'm not using the rest of it, but just something to think about.

Had to give 3 stars.
Had to give this 3 stars. The remote works well, but the selfie stick just feels like it’s made of nothing, just really cheap feeling.

Works Well!
Good value for the money, holds my ZVE10. I don't think it would work well with a large lens so be careful, besides this is for smaller hand held cameras not full frame with a heavy 16-35mm G lens. It is very light weight & I like that, remote works well. When you pull out the extension it is a bit hard to pull out, but I guess it has to be so it doesn't go back into place. I wouldn't discount the item for that. Over time I suspect it will loosen up a bit. I would highly recommend if your considering this product. And its reasonably priced.

Better than Sony's
I initially bought the Sony shoot grip, but given the price difference between the Sony and SmallRig, I decided to give this a try. It feels comfortable to hold, the buttons are easy to use, and all work well with a Sony ZV-1. I like that it can extend; it helps with ZV-1 since it doesn't have a big wide-angle view. However, not sure how sturdy it would be with a heavier camera. I also like that the remote is removable and can be charged using USB-C, but I wish it could clip in place instead of a magnet. With enough force, the remote will fall off and also be an issue when thrown in a bag. I ended up using a small velcro strip to help keep it in place, which helps out, but I should not have to be resourceful.

Great for ZV1M2
Took this to the Far East. It worked perfectly for me. Very easy to pair and use. I like using the remote even when the camera isn't on the grip.I have a Sony ZV1M2, and the remote on this grip seems to be completely compatible.

Nice!
Be sure to check your camera and ensure this is compatible it is NOT a universal grip. Solid build, came with great instructions and nice packaging. It is sturdy, well-made, and has been extremely useful in making educational shorts for a client project where we had to have our subjects out and about. It's easy to set up and use, but sometimes the connection drops and you can't use the zoom feature as quickly.Smallrig makes some really good stuff and this is definitely a useful tool.

It works but it’s crooked.
The functionality is perfect for my needs but the only thing is that it’s crooked when filming and I can’t really adjust the camera to make it straight. I have to straighten the shots post-production.
