Good for baby turtle
Saved a baby turtle and got this tank for his new home. He seemed to enjoy it, always moving around. The little rectangle box on the corne was filled with small heat rocks instead of plants, overall good purchase. easy to put together, the waterfall was cute!

A Treasure House for Turtle!
Any turtle would treasure this well planned and prepared turtle house! It has a tub, a grazing area, areas to dry off and observe the action around the outside. It has planned for easy maintenance and cleaning and is easy to assemble. What could be better! We are glad we chose BETAZOOER!

BEWARE! THIS TANK IS A BREEDING GROUND FOR MOSQUITO NESTS!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this tank because I wanted to cut the time spent cleaning my traditional turtle tank. This one appealed to me because it was minimal, innovative, and the easy cleanup was promised. Plus, I wanted to give my small semi-aquatic yellow-belly turtle (Luna) a trendy new home! The first month and a half of having this tank was bliss! It was easy to clean, which was convenient for my busy schedule. However, I noticed Luna's behavior changed. She went from energetic to dormant in a matter of days. I thought she was still getting used to her new environment, but when her low energy persisted for over 2 months, I knew something was wrong.During the 2nd month of having the tank, July, my family noticed an increase in mosquitoes around the house. At first we thought it was simply a product of summertime and the dry Florida heat. But when the numbers and bites kept increasing, we knew it wasn't normal. After all, we've NEVER experienced this many mosquitoes IN the house. One or two getting in via a door left open, of course, but not 10+ a day! After endlessly racking our brains, we turned our attention to the tank.As we lifted the top compartment from the bottom, we were HORRIFIED. Indeed, our theory was correct. The stagnant water in the bottom chamber became a breeding ground for mosquito larvae! The black sponge that served as a filter had larvae weaved between the pores. It was an absolute nightmare! Please don't let this fancy, new design influence your decision. THIS IS NOT A GOOD LONG-TERM ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR TURTLE. The water is too shallow and the water pump is too poor to effectively trap debris. Yellow-bellies need AT LEAST 10 gallon tanks to swim and play in, given they're highly-active creatures. This tank limits their activity!I beg you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You're better off with a traditional tank. Yes it will take longer to clean, but it will save you from swatting those pesky mosquitoes all year long! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TANK!!!!!! Please look at the pics and videos I've attached if you're still not convinced!!

HARD TO CLEAN
This seems to be a big waste of money. The filter after a few days had maggots. It got all over the floor when i tried to pick it up to clean it. The water is pretty shallow even for baby turtles. the filter doesnt have much power.I was pretty disappointed with this product.

Filter switch water pump flow slow
I’m coming here so I can maybe help someone else out with the same problem I faced. I noticed one day after a cleaning that my water pump wasn’t running as fast and my water was getting gross quicker. After multiple cleanings and still not figuring it out, I detached the pump underneath from the strap that’s holding it on and there’s a switch on one side. It has three levels. I guess during a cleaning the brush hit the switch and knocked it to its lowest setting. Good as new now. Hope someone finds this helpful.Other than that minor user error this tank has been great for our little turtle. Our turtle measures 3” in length and has plenty of room to swim around. He loves to bury himself so we have rocks in the upper level opening. He prefers we drop food in to him one by one in the water so we don’t use the feeding bowl. He loves the ramp and the sides are plenty high enough to keep him in. Overall a GREAT purchase now that I fixed the pump.
