My first time to use a device like this. It brings convenience to use two lines with one device.Several ProsIKOSPRO application is much user-friendly.The IkOSPRO can automatically import all contact information for the new SIM.It has a separate button to control the camera. This device can be used as a remote control of the camera.Works on both IPad Air and IPhone 7 plusLimitation:Try both T-mobile and ATT sim cards. Only T-mobile works.No connection to data.

It didn’t work with my SIM card even though I’ve put it in my iPhone and It worked, the device just couldn’t find a signal for the SIM card. I’ve even tried to dis/connect it again and results are he same.

The devices was delivered in good package, I installed my German T-Mobile SIM card into adapter and have AT&T SIM card in iPhone X running the latest IOS 11.1.1. The documentation tells you, to find and downIoad the app named IKOSpro from the app store.The problem is - there is NO such app available in US or German App store. And if you have an active subscription like iTunes Match, you cannot simple switch between app stores in different countries. In the US store I saw the app IKOS i version 1.0.2 from different developer with the latest update from 05/2017 and tried that. It worked - I was able to make calls from the SIM in the adapter using this IKOS app and I was also able to receive calls.I have an open question about IKOSpro app availability in US and German app stores - will the IKOSpro app come into both sores? If yes - when?What are the differences between IKOSpro version 1.4 and IKOS 1.0?I think, the adapter would also work with other similar apps like SIMPlus or 3SIMore, but not sure on that - not tried it. Would be nice to here, if someone played with such apps.So, please clarify and update the documentation accordingly. Thanks!

Device is really nice, long battery life, pretty nice shape, user friendly interface and no alternatives on this class with its quality and comfort.The best thing is after I used the device around 2 months I had a button response problem(two weeks ago) and when I contact with the IKOS supplier ( Shirly is an amazing lady who run all our process at that time) solved our problem and offered to replace the device as soon as possible. Device is number one, seller and aftersale service also perfect. Success in a business is not a chance, they know this and IKOS do it best! Again appriciate for your interest.

The IKOS Dual SIM adapter arrived as stated by the seller without any issues. The purchase was made for a 2nd party that wanted a dual SIM for an Iphone. The dual SIM adapter functioned as stated but the user was not happy because of the lack of data use capability.

Hi, the device worked perfectly for a 2 months. I stopped using it and started again but just doesn't connect to the cell network of the 2nd SIM. Tried everything, reseting, changing every possible setting. The Cell Name of SIM comes up but with an exclamation mark. Really happy at first but now extremely bummed. A waste of $50 :(

I have a phisical sim and in my phone i can have only a esim so i bought it and its verry helpfull

I purchased the device through Amazon. The instructions are miserable. I downloaded the app to my iPhone, then paired the Ikos device to the app. It does not read the sim card in the device, only the card in my phone. And there is no way to contact Ikos for help. I'll return the device as soon as I can figure out how to do that.
