Basic toaster which works really well…what else could anyone want? It’s nice looking, too. I really like that I can set it at the level of darkness I want on my toast, (thanks to the handy chart they provide it’s easy to choose the right level), and it toasts to that level consistently every time.

I have had cheap toasters and expensive toasters. This one is equally as good as the high end toaster. The only con on this is the cord wraps underneath the toaster, other than that it works as advertised. All settings are exactly as stated as to how brown or light your making your bread or bagel . Large bagels fit with ease .

The picture I chose was of a yiou 4 slice toaster with bread warming rack & underneath description of 4 slice toaster. I received the 2 slice toaster (which is beautiful) so I looked at my order & the picture is of 2 slice toaster with blue lights on control & titled 2 slice toaster. I clicked order details once again pic of 4 slice w/rack & below description of 4 slice toaster but as you scroll down description turns in2 2 slice toaster (the next picture choose w/blue lights) down to size dimensions of f a 2 slice toaster. But here's the catch the 2 slice toaster I received has red button lights & I don't see any pic option for this toaster. So I received a 2 slice toaster that wasn't even an option. But I love the modern look of it I will keep even with red indicator lights (prefer blue like pic) & it being smaller. If I had received 4 slice I would of gave 5 out of 5 stars, took 1 of because 2 slice & red indicator control button lights.

The toaster works fine, easy to clean, no issues so far.

Still using this toaster today. But I don't use it all the time

I am not really a breakfast person since I do not like cold stuff like cereal or cold bread. But I don't have time to prepare hot breakfast either because of work. After having this little machine, I am finally able to have a hot breakfast every morning. I simply pop up two pieces of bread into it after getting up and it will be done in minutes. Super easy and fast. The toasting is even and the machine also makes perfect crunchy bagels. The machine also toasts 4 breads at the same time so is perfect for family. Good product!

The toaster worked fine, but I couldn't live with the dents in the unit.

This is the first toaster I have ever had that really does toast evenly on both sides. I will say that when toasting is complete the pop up has some force to it. I haven't had it launch my bread onto the counter, but it does shoot up and falls back down. There is a bagel button to only warm the top side while toasting the cut side. I have had it about a month now and am very satisfied with my purchase.
