Perfect fit
My s-10e phone back looked pretty rough. This new back looks great and fits perfectly. The only "issue" I had was trying to get off all the old glue. That by far was the most time consuming. Once all the old glue was finally cleaned up, the new back was simple to install.

Check material before starting
Bought one for my S10e and overall the new back fits well and looks close enough to the original.The bottle of glue in mine arrived dried up and unusable, check that before starting.(I didn't... but at least I had similar adhesive)Hot air station set at 80 C with medium air flow & using the included pry tool removed the back in a few minutes. Didn't need to drip IPA for this step.The longest part of the whole process is removing the old glue. IPA & the included cloth did a good job, just tedious and probably took about 20 minutes.Total change out took maybe an hour with pretty decent results.

It's flimsy and will crack randomly.
This replacement back cover cracked at a corner when I drove over a pothole while the phone was in the cupholder ... This back cover is pathetic and will crack if you look at it wrong. Better to find salvaged original on ebay.
