Q: Why do you false advertise? i thought i was getting a black and red wig?

I always get a black one. The only thing I can think of is that the selection was incorrect? The black and red is always the default picture but I always select 1B on the side. That's the only thing I can think may have happened.

Q: How do you know which one is which? They don't show any pictures of the colors? which one is the black/red ends

I believe the display color with the black on top and red on the bottom is: SMP1B/RED, I purchase my wig in the color 1B so I can't really give more info then that.

Q: Can you use heat on this wig?

Yes. I wear this wig every day and have flat ironed it twice. It flat irons nice and is so pretty.
