Very dangerous for your teeth
I find a piece of some sort of a nutshell in every bar… Bars are tasty but not worth taking the risk of breaking your tooth

High carbs, sugar and fats
Sugar content was 27 grams with 37 gm carbs and 14 gm fats in 70 gram mocha bar. While 10grams protein was printed in bold.

Nothing tastier for a cycling snack. Expensive but worth it in my opinion. I’ve tried a few of the different bars and these and one of the best.

These things are addictive, they taste so good . 5 Stars for taste. But the price at £2 each I can just not justify it. Took these on a very strenuous Hike.exercise. They are a great treat, reward and quick energy boost.
