Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. This was purchased at over £300 for a care home for older adults to encourage their hydration. It has not worked since we set it up, the noise is terrible and too loud to sit inthe lounge, it clearly has something wrong with it but despite several emails with the video attached we can’t get a replacement or refund.
