First of all, I like how this product has 3 warmth options, which I usually end up using 131 for my coffee and 158 for candles. The lowest option is better for keeping drinks tepid. The front paws can also have multiple uses and isn't just for phones. Overall it's a cute little warmer that keeps my coffee hot and my candles warm.

Not only does he keep my coffee warm for me, he's absolutely adorable and fits him perfectly in my quirky office. Not really a lot to say, it works perfectly, it keeps the coffee warm at three different temperature settings, and it's really cute. I would definitely recommend.

The product is very cute and that’s where I’m convinced all the 5 star reviews come from. Or maybe it’s that the product does keep the *mug* warm but it doesn’t keep drinks hot. Not even at the highest temperature setting. I appreciate my drinks not getting cold, but I prefer hot drinks to stay hot. So this product isn’t that great.

I find that the plate gets really hot but not really my cup. It gets a little bit warmer on the bottom of my cups but does not to actually keep the coffee warmer and that’s with the highest temp setting. Wouldn’t purchase again.

This product is very cute, but also very functional. I work from home as a therapist, and I tend to drink coffee or tea all day. I was so tired of constantly having to microwave my drinks between each session when I could spend that time doing something else. This greatly improved that and now in the cold winters I can drink a consistently warm drink!
