Any book by Peter H. Reynolds is a hit, but this one is spectacular and comes at a perfect time for a young student I know. For some reason the boy on the cover resembles a third grader at my school. He doesn't go by his first name, Maximus but after reading this, he just might decide to change. I can't wait to share this book with him and other students. It will be perfect to read to all those that feel the world is constantly sending them messages they have a hard time following. My adult special needs (Autism and Down Syndrome nonverbal) son LOVES this book! It's one of several in his rotation of books I read to him at night. He will go in his room and "read" it in his own language, and can pronounce some of the words <3These books are wonderful for all ages and abilities. Very sweet book!! Our school theme is dream big, so I purchased this and created a bulletin board based on one of the photos and our principal spoke to all the kids in the school one on one about their dreams. (Small school about 220 kids) they wrote their dream on a post it note and put it on bulletin board. It's so precious!

I would recommend all of this authors books. They have such a positive message and I really enjoy reading them to my kids.

My daughter and I love this book. Illustrations are colorful, but simple. I wasn't sure my daughter would want to reread it, but this is now one of her favorites and she loves the page that shows all the different types of dreamers. She picks out which dreamer she is and then decides which dreamers her friends and family are as well. Such a cute message!
