Very good picture quality. Quality zoom. It doesn't come with a memory card so doesn't record anything but it's cheap to buy a memory card and very easy to slot in. Everything is explained set by step. With a memory there's no subscription. Alternatively you can buy a cloud subs. The controls from the app on the phone are really easy. There's also a microphone but keep it turned off.I use it in my lounge to look out the sliding doors on to the garden, both for security purposes and to see what my cat is up to in the garden. It's also very sturdy as I dropped it within five minutes of opening it and no damage... phew...Very happy with it. I definitely recommend it.

I got this to keep watch on our puppies when they're in the crate. As a basic camera, it does the job but has problems.The really annoying 'feature' is it's lack of ability to decide whether to be in normal (colour) or low-light (black & white) mode. Even with quite a decent light level, it starts constantly switching between the 2 modes every few seconds and makes a horrible chirping sound each time. I can't find any way to switch this mode to be on/off manually, so I can't have the volume on to listen for the pups crying because the noise drives me up the wall.The mobile app and desktop software are not great. You can watch the 'live' feed but the picture can freeze sometimes and I have to switch it off and on again to restore it. Beyond that the software is rather clunky and not really very user friendly.The device will only connect on the 2.4GHz bandwidth and despite being within a few feet of the router it constantly complained that the bandwidth was too low, so I ended up hard wiring it into the network.After just a few months of using the thing, I'm ready to bin it and try a different brand.

Would be better if it notified me if my dog was barking /howling as this is wot i need it for but it seems to be for movment only shame as its otherwise qwite good.

Very pleased with it as it works as the box says and keeps a good eye on the dog
