I have one little dog and this thing is great for picking up the hair he leaves everywhere. It seems to have no rhymn or reason in where it goes and gets caught up on the edge of rugs "sometimes". It was the only one that wouldn't require me to increase the plan on my smart phone because you don't have to have a smart phone to run it. I assume that is why it doesn't get all the areas of the floor. I am disabled and have a hard time sweeping so it helps a lot. I wish it was more consistent about covering everywhere on the floor but it makes a BIG difference.

When I ordered my replacement pieces I have gone into the box to look for the brush and it did not come with a new brush. I don't want to return the products I just in need for a new brush. It took some time to get used to the robotic vacuum but now that I am can be a blessing. Especially in the kitchen before people arrive.

Excellent product especially like the remote control. The blocking device keeps the unit from getting stuck under some furniture, works great!Good value! .
