So I bought this item in December for a trip scheduled for late January. I inflated it upon receipt in December, so far so good. I didn't use the pillow on the flight to France but used it on the return flight January 31. It wouldn't stay inflated for any length of time. Cabin pressure? Tried it again at home and it deflated in a couple of hours. Return possibility expired Jan. 31. Stuck with a defective pillow.

I love that it deflates and packs up flat and small in my carryon. Once inflated, works well to stabilize the head so you can catch some zzz's.

I bought this to replace a similar one I lost. Last week was my 1st opportunity to use for a flight. The first leg of my trip, it worked well. I was happy I could deflate, fold, and store in my carry-on easily. On my return trip today, it lost "pressure". I added air to re-inflate, and it lost pressure again. The return window closed yesterday. 😕 Disappointed both ways.

Wasn’t comfortable easy to fill with air

This is my third Travelon inflatable pillow. The cover is the softest yet, it inflated easily and stayed inflated through the flight, however at some point the cap covering the air hole broke off and fell into my airline seat, never to be seen again (I tried). I have never had this issue before and am very disappointed.

Bought this for a long distance plane rides. Easy to pack lays flat really soft around your neck and face.

Perfect travel pillow. Very small and compact and comfortable. I find other inflatable ones have a lot of static which is awful on the plane but this material is soft. Recommend!

For the price is an ok pillow, texture is nice and soft, and doesn't take too much space. I do find that I need to re inflate the pillow as it does not stay firm during the flight, but it is a minor inconvenience. Support is so so, if you have back or neck problems get a better pillow. If it's just for some extra comfort during your flight, do go ahead.
