This stuff is the best. It's great for sore muscles and joints. The jar is pretty generous and is just barely running out after several months. It also leaves your skin super soft! Pair it with arnica oil/milk for the most soothing bath of your life. This stuff got me through the holidays working 8hr shifts at my retail job. Game changer!!

This is my favorite "relax and unwind" solution to a crazy day, im on my feet all day and tend to have sciatica pain, and this helps so much! Scent free and you dont get the itchiness you sometimes get from magnesium sprays

This is stuff is amazing. My son has autoimmune disorders which cause his skin to feel like it is burning like he has a bad sunburn but underneath his skin flowing through his blood and when he gets a flare it is bad. I melted about three tablespoons in a continuous spray bottle with hot water and shoot to emulsify and then added cold water once the flakes melted. You could keep in fridge for this purpose but we keep our home cool for him. He had the worst burning flare the other night and I sprayed this generally all over the backs of his legs and back and the immediate release was great but it took away the burning sensation. I know this works on pain too as long as it’s not like mechanical pain such as a herniated disc or a joint problem. We used to use magnesium foam for nerve pain and then could no longer find it. This is a MUCH better value and will last forever. I would use it for a pulled muscle spasm or any type of neuropathy or sun burn. Magnesium is amazing.
