Working fine
So I received the product today , about packaging it was just inside a small polythene pouch, the product is good , I used my laptop HDD as external storage in my mobile , laptop and Android TV and it's working fine , I got around 40 mb data transfer speed , while using it on tv it just felt warmer on the plastic area .One more thingWhen I connect it on my phone through otg , while ejecting it or unmounting the HDD keep spinning, so when I remove it , it feels like the HDD got stopped suddenly will it damage my HDD ?

Highly unrealiable, does not offer any UASP support
This is highly unrealiable. It uses the Super Top M6116 SATA Bridge chipset and does not offer any UASP / UAS support. Cheap unreliable product. Product description is wrong.

Useful for using laptop hard disk externally
I had an old laptop harddisk which I wanted to use an external drive to store files, and this thing serves the purpose. My old drive has some mounting on it, which protects the drive from external condition, so I did not want to remove it, and without removing that I could not fit it into the case adapter. Hence, this item came to the rescue. It is just a simple connector cable, which connects laptop HDD/SSD to USB 3.0 of the laptop/desktop port, and it is very simple to use. Just connect and use. Read and Write speeds are normal as they are. It also features a LED indicator. Cable length is kind of short, but okay with it. It serves the purpose it was supposed to solve, and it is much recommended one.P.S: this is not for 3.5 inches desktop HDDs, only for 2.5 inches.

one out of two failed after some months
The build quality and everything is poor compared to PiBox's similar looking adapter. I've bought multiple of both. This one was cheaper than PiBox, but the product is clearly inferior.
