Bought this as a birthday present for my partner.She was amazed by it and also a bit shocked by the price, once she found it out.She really likes it and uses it very often.One drawback in her eyes is that the battery doesn't last very long: she lives in a shared house and she's reluctant to put the charger in the common space, as it might get mistreated and moved. But this is one of the few mugs, if not the only which has this battery, so it's 5 stars from me.It's a true luxury to be able to have this, so I guess the price reflects it.

The app is easy to use, just connect it once and never have to connect again because it remembers your last temperature setting, one of the best purchase iv ever bought just rise/wipe out after every use and it stays lookin new, can have tea for so long & get so much more done highly recommend

It works as designed. My only issue is the amount of liquid you can fit into this mug is not enough for a full cup of tea or coffee; due to the heating pad

Brought for my GF as a Christmas present and it’s been the only mug she uses ever since. The mug it self feels really good quality. The app is easy to use and works well with the mug. Tempted to buy one for my self.

A very common fault occurred - the charging pins in the coaster became stuck down meaning the mug can't be charged. The internet is full of people with the same issue. Clearly the design of the charging pins isn't ideal.Fortunately this happened to me within the warranty period or I'd have to just throw the whole product out or replace the coaster for £££, but the customer service upon promising a replacement coaster has stalled for a month saying they have no stock.Wouldn't recommend buying this mug.

No more lukewarm tea. Expensive but wort it as a treat

I've now returned two of these (one in Rose Gold, one in Black).Both are constantly disconnecting from our android mobiles (separate makes/models of phones, so they're not to blame).You have to constantly setup these devices everytime you want to use them, one of the devices bombs out at 50% firmware update (again, on both phones).Please read the reviews carefully before buying, these might be spot on with an iPhone - but be aware if you have any android device!
