Good product...one of my best decisions to buy it.....it's been a month and it's working fine. Its so convenient, time saving , easy to use and clean. I use soft mode , so rice is cooked perfectly according to my taste and texture .

I've owned a cheap rice cooker before which ended up malfunctioning. Been cooking rice in a pressure cooker for the past year and finally decided to get a new dedicated rice cooker to save me some time, so I decided to pick this one up as it's a reputable brand and had good reviews. I was a bit apprehensive about the price, but took a gamble. It might be the best kitchen appliance I've ever owned, and I don't say that lightly. - Cooks rice literally perfectly. No charring or burning/browning (using the sticky option), super evenly cooked. You can add your rice and set it to cook, go run a marathon or forget about it all day, and when you come back your rice is perfectly hot, ready to eat, and not burned one bit. I feel pampered. - Haven't experimented too much with multicook but it did make daal just fine, as well as some stew. The re-heat feature is also pretty neat and you can toss in your old, cold rice or curries and it warms it all up ready to eat in 10 minutes. - It is so easy to clean. All the important parts detach and let you rinse them, so you can keep this looking brand new and tidy with ease. This might be my favourite thing about it honestly. The rice dish doesn't even need soap, just rinse with water and a soft sponge and wipe dry. - Aesthetically speaking, it looks really nice so it'll fit right into any kitchen and doesn't take up much space either. FYI, you do need a large high power plug point for this. I live alone and cook about 2-2.5 cups of rice everyday and this is perfect for me.

Do Not buy this product at all as this worked only for few days after that suddenly stopped working and doesn't even turn on. I have tried reaching out the cuckoo customer care as per their website but looks like that website itself doesn't look a finished product as nothing works there like registering your product and raising complaint. None of the links does have a valid href address to navigate as everything looks empty. I have tried their so called app cuckoo+ but that doesnt support the indian users. Sent a mail to customer care mail id mentioned there, it’s been more than 10 days but no reply at all. Looks like some fraud sellers or products being sold to indian consumers. Let’s not entertain these kind of fake products. There are number of good indian brands available with less than one third of this product price.

It has been 6 months with the Cuckoo rice cooker and I'm enjoying cooking in it. It's very ease to use, and the food cooks pretty well. I felt in terms of the price it's a bit pricy compared to other models available. But if you consider the aesthetic look and brand value you can easily go ahead.

Quality and impressive product. its easy to clean and easy to cook. Haven't try any muticook features but rice cook and steam veggies works perfectly. Don't think it's pricey. It's best value for money.

very good and easy to use I'm Japanese and I didnt expected such kind of rice cooker , in India , I always using rice cooker wich brought from Japan with using transformer , I regret , must find it more earlier

So have been using it for a year now I must say I am impressed! The look is very aesthetic. What I loved the most was the keeping warm feature but I felt if we add a little bit more water while keeping in this mode then rice won't dry out otherwise it tends to be go a little dry. Overall it's a very good option for rice cooker if one's budget permits.
