Was so easy to replace

Absolutely perfect better than original. I swapped the two sides with the original Range Rover ones. Now I know it fits works and looks perfect I have ordered 2nd one for my spare. Don’t hesitate order it and replace your original one that’s probably got the rubber hanging off. You won’t be disappointed.

After watching a video on YouTube I managed to easily swap over the key fob shell. I used the original Range Rover sides from the original key. The only downfall was that no instructions are provided.

Excellent product.Plastic mouldings etc exactly replicate the real thing. The surface finish is slightly different to my original key, but the original was peeling off(!), which is why I replaced it!It had all the internal metal parts that the original had and the only thing I swapped over were the Range Rover branded metal sides. But the ones that the key came with, which were unbranded, looked of nice quality and could easily be retained.If you don't mind the unbranded metal sides, this is really easy to swap over. Pop the battery out, swap the circuit board over, pop the battery back in, squeeze it all together and away you go.

As I said in the header, this is an excellent product and I would recommend it. However, it isn't straight forward for anyone not used to doing stuff like this and the advert promises a link to a video to show you how to do it. Unfortunately you had to request the link, which in itself wasn't easy. I had to find the company website, email them and wait for a response. While I was waiting I scoured you tube for an hour and found an instruction video from a genuine land rover part, which was enough to get me through. This is ridiculous, just include the link, it's not hard! Superb product at a great price that would have otherwise gotten 5 stars. GIVE PEOPLE THE LINK UP FRONT!!!
