Wrong description
The unit only displays in meters. Took it to the Hilti store and it cannot be changed. Not going to work for me …..

Smaller than the one it replaced. But does everything that one could

Trimmed one house ( Base, Crown) with it so far and its dead nutz accurate. which is all you need to know, but its also very easy to use. You don't have to remember some far fetched sequence of buttons its just bam bam and you have the measurement your after. It lives up to the Hilti brand name for sure.

Nice Unit
I was looking for a laser measuring device and I've used them for several years as a contractor , retired now and have a need for one of my own . Hilti has been a manufacture good products for a long time , and they didn't disappoint me with the PD-S , A very nice product !

These are about half of what Hilti charges direct. If you want one at a great price buy it. They are the exact laser you buy from Hilti. You simply won’t find a better tool company in the world period.
