Waterdrop TSB Under Sink Water Filter System, 8-Layer Filtration

I have had the single Waterdrop under sink kit for the last couple of years due to living in a rural area and the water company in Pembrokeshire often over chlorinating the water. When the filter needed changing this time I upgraded to the three filter version which also came with its own very solid little separate tap for filtered water. The whole system was easy to fit, with no leeks but took my wife and I about a half an hour or so because we both struggle with aging knees and backs! Well worth doing yourself though as the setup is clearly explained and very well labled. Initially, the first day we had an issue with water taste, however after contacting Kimberly a Customer Service Rep at Waterdrop she quickly identified the issue and remedied it straight away by sending out a replacement PP filter which arrived the following day and took literally 5 seconds to swap over, (water is now very similar to expensive bottled water!) Kimberly is an excellent customer service rep, she is a credit to Waterdrop and I will definitely buy more of their products in the future, great product, great customer service!

Great peace of kit. Very simple to install. The quality of my water improved a lot after installation. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy step by step guide provided to install myself. It only took about 20 minutes to do. Now we have have filtered water on demand without the need to contantly be filling up a filter jug. Changing the filters every few months is very easy and keeps the water fresh and tasting great.

I've changed this review to 4 - Stars as the customer service and feedback received from Waterdrop, namely Karina at customer services has been outstanding. Not only has she attempted to resolve the issue with offering an alternative and a further discount, she has arranged a full refund and provided a free filtered water pitcher. In different circumstances I would have looked at changing the system as advised. The following is the initial review that I posted: Water tasted great for 3 to 4 months then a notable change in taste and limescale build up. I changed the cotton filter a few days ago and there's not much of a difference.

I can no longer smell chlorine in my drinking water if your think your tap water is clean in UK your wrong test it by smell first thing in a morning draw a glass of water then think what a swimming pool smells like. used nearly a year no longer buying bottled water saved so much money. I fully recommend you add this for drinking and cooking . Purchased 2025 used a year single person use only

Here is the corrected version: Next to the scam, after easy installation, which was the main selling point, I started using it. The water tastes and smells exactly the same as tap water. I also tested the water hardness of normal tap water and this filter, and it was exactly the same. If you buy it, you will enjoy the same easy installation but experience horrible and unfair results.

The installation instructions are detailed and good structured so I installed it on my own. All the pipes and pipe connectors are in place for the modern pipes. The water quality is great. I have quite good tap water but I feel the difference between tap water and filtered water. The delivery was fast too. Now I always recommend this filter system to anyone looking for an under sink filtering solutions.

Ich habe den Waterdrop WD-TSB Wasserfilter ,mit dediziertem Wasserhahn seit 10 Februar 2025 in Benutzung. Der Einbau war recht einfach und auch der Einbau des T-Stücks war kein Problem.Ich musste für den Wasserhahn ein Loch in die Edelstahl Spüle bohren, was ebenfalls kein Problem darstellte. Ich bin mit der gefilterten Wasserqualität sehr zufrieden. Ich habe bis Dato noch keine Tests gemacht aber wenn ich das Trinkwasser auf verschieden Werte hin untersucht habe ändere ich dieses Review nochmal. Der Geschmack das Wassers hat sich deutlich verbessert, es ist viel weicher und hat einen sehr frischen Geschmack, was vorher ungefiltert nicht der Fall war. Wer die Sankt Leonhards Heilwässer kennt kann sich das in etwas vorstellen, das gefilterte Wasser schmeckt ähnlich, weicher, runder und einfach leckerer. Das ganze System ist recht einfach gehalten, funktioniert aber perfekt. Die 3 Filter benötigen bei mir für einen Liter Wasser 16,4 Sekunden, durch den normalen Kaltwasserhahn ungefiltert 6,3 Sekunden. Ich finde den Preis für das Gesamtsystem mit den 3 Filtern angemessen und auch der Preis für die Ersatzfilter ist Ok, wenn man bedenkt das man mit dem PP Filter(29,90€) bis zu 6 Monate, mit dem GC(29,90€) Filter bis zu 12 Monate und dem CT Filter(39,90€) bis zu 18 Monaten auskommt. Mir war ein richtiges Umkehr Osmose System momentan zu teuer und nach Recherchen, fand ich den bis Dato benutzen Brita Tisch Kannenfilter in der Filterleistung, für mich , nicht ausreichend. Wer auf seine Gesundheit achten möchte und wem eine Umkehr Osmose Anlage zu teuer ist, ist mit dem Waterdrop TSA/TSB 3fach Filter System wirklich gut beraten.

En principio bastante bien, instalación sencilla, tamaño adecuado para poco espacio y producción de agua con caudal aceptable y sabor del agua similar al de una ósmosis.

Stanco di caricare bottiglie di acqua a casa ho acquistato questo filtro per acqua domestica e ne sono rimasto contento, depura l'acqua efficacemente e il rubinetto dedicato è esteticamente bello da vedere, facile da montare ho risolto il faticoso problema di trasportare bottiglie di acqua.
