I am so happy with these Nature Valley biscuit sandwiches in the peanut butter flavor. They are a super easy grab and go snack and great to just have in my purse for times where I am unable to stop for a meal but need to have something to hold me over. These taste delicious! The cookie part on the outside, the biscuit I suppose, is crunchy and crispy doesn't crumble too much while I'm eating it. The peanut butter filling is really smooth and there is the perfect amount of it in my opinion. This has excellent flavor and is a wonderful snack as well as something to go with my morning coffee or evening tea.
