BALI OUTDOORS Propane Gas Fire Pit Table, 32 inch 50,000 BTU Square Gas Firepits for Outside, Brown

Don't know how someone put this together in 30 minutes but it took my husband and I (who happens to work with metal and make metal pieces) almost two hours. It was worth it and it looks really nice. It came with two packages of blue rock, which filled the entire bin. It looks great with our brown wicker outdoor sofa set. One of the brackets was broke but my husband said he can just throw a screw in it.

Went together no problem. Packaged well. Works beautifully. One small problem, 1 tile is a gloss tile and lighter than the others and two tiles have small chip. Very obvious they don't match.

We bought this 32" fire pit on sale for $189. When we opened the box, we noticed that a lot of the packing inside was in pieces but all parts of the unit were fine. Assembly was easy and only needs 1 person. A 2nd person at the end is needed to turn unit upright. All tiles fit nicely, door opens/closes smoothly and correctly. Please check gas line connections for leaks before first use. Ours was a little loose and had a strong propane smell so had to go back and tighten connections. We like that the controls are inside the door out of view. Be careful opening the box with the fire glass. Use a knife to cut tape on all sides of the box. Carefully open this box as the glass is in a bag with one end unsealed. When I pulled the bag out from one end of the box, the glass poured out everywhere, made a big mess and glass chips and fine glass dust was spilled on the floor so you might want to put this box of glass on a plastic trash bag before opening to contain glass dust/bits. Once the glass was in place we were ready for the big reveal. It started right up BUT give it a few seconds for the gas to get through the gas line. The low setting was definitely enough for just the two of us but the high setting was a pretty high flame. I really like the 32" pit as it has a nice sized area around the pit to place drinks or small plates etc. A cover does not come with this unit but I knew this and ordered one the same day as the fire pit. We are extremely pleased with the overall look, the color of the tiles, and the black fire glass. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend this product.EDIT: We decided to add more glass so we bought 10lbs of 1/2" black mirrored pieces. These are bigger than what came with the fireplace but we mixed it with the 1/4" and we really love the look mixed together.

About five years after purchase flame control switch began to fail to work properly. Bali representatives very patiently twice to send me the probable items needed to fix the problem. That was unsuccessful. Bali representative sent an entire replacement fire pit that was in a very damaged shipping container; I accepted the free replacement, taking a chance the actual fire pit parts in the damaged container would have minimum damage. One broken tile and a few very slightly damaged parts yielded a nearly perfect replacement after I assembled it. Bali representatives were extremely patient and never gave up on me. I will forever tell this story of how Bali takes care of its customers. Amazing care.

We ordered this in January. It’s been great. It gets really hot and the flame is great. We did buy extra rocks and used about 1/2 of a 10 lb bag. Definitely made a difference and really covers the silver ring. We will order the heat shield so we can use it all summer in Texas. Love it!!
