In the short time of ownership This is AWESOME! - Read to end to see Temp and Specs.
So I received this on my doorstep about 2 days after hitting the Buy button here on Amazon. The packaging was Top Notch. Nothing wiggled loose on shipping and upon inspection, it was a very clean-looking build with great cable management. Next was the first power on. This was fine, Windows 11 booted, however, I had no start menu visible. Since I didn't want to do anything wrong. I phoned Tech Support. I was placed into a waiting area but noticed I was #19, then it would jump to #32, #21, etc. I waited over an hour and still was in wait mode. I was given the option to have a callback and decided to do so. I then messaged the company on Twitter and immediately received an answer via DM. The name given was "court" I suspect that be an autocorrect for "KURT" in any event, he walked me thru the process (quite easy) and all was well. I did phone back Tech Support to have a question answered regarding the included extra screws and parts to inquire if these screws would be okay to use for the installation of an additional M.2 NVME Drive. Waited another 2 hours, and upon finally being answered I was met with another friendly person who promptly answered all my questions. It was also explained that the wait system they are using is currently faulty and is being corrected. They assured me this was quite unusual and looked to remedy this soon. Now, to the most important. The build quality I would describe as Excellent! Cable Management, Excellent. Performance is Excellent. I bought this to run Microsoft Flight Simulator, I only run MSFS in 1080P and have no desire to run in 1440 or 4k. Anyone with experience with flight swimming knows that MSFS is quite the test for any system. To get a 3070 or above for 1080P is not necessary. I am running this now at very high to ultra settings. I am getting near 50FPS at most Payware Airports, and 65+ in the air. That is exceptional results and far exceeded my expectations. I did install a 2nd 2TB M.2 NVME that MSFS2020 is installed on and another 2TB SSD for additional storage. The temperatures are great! 48c CPU temp when playing, 65c for the Graphics Card on load with MSFS. Awesome temperatures! This tells me that care was taken regarding appropriate cooling. Kudos to SkyTech Gaming. I encourage anyone that is looking for a great build to look no further than SkyTech Gaming. I am more than pleased after over a week of full testing. I should also share that just prior to seeing this computer for sale here on Amazon, I recently parted out my build that included all of these options. At the time of this writing, I saved over $400.00 by buying this pre-built model. The parts included were fair and reputable. I did as I said above purchase 2 additional drives for my needs. I'm not sure I could have built one better. This was really well done in every respect. I suppose as time goes on I may have to install a larger power supply if I decide to up the GPU but the one installed is fine at the moment. I am also thinking of disabling the onboard wifi and installing my own that has Wifi 6 but this is all my personal preference. I hope this is a detailed enough review for others to consider. I end this by saying, If your looking for a great pre-built, good customer support, and good parts, then look no further than SkyTech Gaming. I am pleased with my purchase.

Great for gaming and streaming
This is my first gaming PC, and after 3 weeks of use, I am blown away at the quality of this build. It's whisper quiet, runs everything I've played so far at top settings, and can handle streaming no problem. I'm only a few weeks in, but I am still amazed at what it can do. I've been a console gamer for many years, but this may have convinced me to go to the dark side. I'm excited to put it through the paces and will update my review if I run into any issues in the future. I love that Skytech took all the bloatware off of the operating system, had everything installed properly, came with all of the hardware listed with no substitutes, and the set up was super easy. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid gaming/streaming PC. Six month update 1/28/23: This PC continues to amaze me. As a semi-casual gamer, it exceeds my expectations. I have only come across one game (Portal with RTX) that hasn't run super amazing, but it's still playable. I use this PC to stream every week and it's been flawless. I've filled half the storage on the hard drive at this point, and now use two 27" monitors. I plan to eventually add an additional SSD and may expand the RAM at some point, but it's not necessary yet. This is still my best purchase of 2022 and have zero regrets.

Excellent Value, Excellent PC!
I purchased this computer for a friend of mine. The purchase and delivery process was very smooth. I got this when it was about 10% cheaper on sale, at which point it was an excellent value. Even at $1,300, it's still a very good value right now. Here's what my friend had to say: "It is beyond amazing. I am playing at max graphics, no lag, running multiple things in the background, it runs so smooth, the PC is quiet, the keyboard is great, and it is overall just an awesome PC. Not problems so far. Installation was a breeze, just keeping it up to date. Shipped perfectly, no damage to the box. Fan noise is not very noticeable even with my sensitive hearing."

DO NOT BUY
Seems like a good deal n all but when I got the pc it came with no foam or anything to stop from damaging the components, that being said the graphics card and motherboard came Broken and scratched up. The lights are cool n it’s easy to setup up but it’s no point when it performs like trash and isn’t manageable bc the parts don’t work n the size of the pc is ok ig

Does what it supposed to
Got a new PC after many years because the cost of parts was and still are out of control. Booted up perfect and everything I want to play runs without a problem. Only issue I have is it's a bit loud and looked into it and I don't think it's coil whine and the fans are screwed in place and nothing is hitting them so I'm not sure what the constant noise is. The PC could not be under any load and it's still making noise. Temps are fine so I'm not too concerned. Only real negative was one screw from the top left corner and another missing in the middle ish area. I found one screw at the bottom of the case but not the second one. It's sturdy and in place so it might not be a big deal. Overall I like it and would definitely recommend buying a prebuilt for costs and I'm way too lazy to hunt for parts and build it myself.

Had to replace parts!
I bought this product a couple of years ago and still use it today. The drive on the computer faulted after only a few uses but spent a little bit more money got a very nice drive at Best Buy and haven’t had an issue since. Overall the tower components are not bad quality for the price and I can run just about any game with no fps problems. It functions really well for a gaming computer if you are willing to upgrade some components throughout the years. Still use it today, easy to use and a good price
