Noticed a difference after 1st use!!
This is a vegan meal replacement drink so I didn’t expect it to taste like a milk shake. With that said, to me, the taste wasn’t horrible. I’ve had way worse. Also, it sat well on my stomach and gave me the fuel I needed for my morning run. I’d been looking for a good meal replacement drink that wasn’t full of dairy, sugar, and sodium and I believe I’ve found it! If I do have one complaint it’s the fact that the size is pretty small and there’s only 12 servings which means I’ll have to purchase this a few times a month.

Not a bad taste when I took it plain
Not a bad taste when I took it plain, but I still added cinnamon and a banana for added taste. Besides that the product is amazing. I did my research and no other protein shake has what he has as far as ingredients. Don't take my words for it go to vitamin Shoppe or gnc and look for yourself. My only complaint is I feel they need to make a bigger jar. I run out super fast.

It gives you a full filling all day!! All that's keeping this from a 5 star rating is the taste
