I received this product in a timely fashion. However, I immediately sent it back because it simply did not work.Since I was working on a number of memory books, I decided it would be a good idea to also order a replacement cartridge.I started using the cartridge and within a few moments of use, it no longer worked. Consequently, I refilled the cartridge, with the replacement, and, it also did not work.Here's the issue....once I applied the adhesive to the photo, the adhesive dried out immediately, and, the photo did not stay on the page. This happened on both the original and replacement cartridges.Amazon was great on returning both items.However, the manufacturer of this item needs to "go back to the drawing board" and redesign this product.

I received the tape runner and three refills. After using on 4 or 5 applications, the tape came out in big loops and could not be rewound. Thinking if messed up, I replaced the tape as instructed with the same results. Called the company making it and asked what I was doing wrong. They hinted (wink winkj) they also have the problem and you just have to be careful when you use it. Tossed them all in the trash and bought another brand with NO problems. Save your money.

Horrible. When they work they are fine but when the rolls get all screwed up- which somehow mine have with every one of these, it takes you five times as long to use, and it’s bascally inoperable even though there is plenty of adhesive tape left. I wish I could get my money back for these because I am beyond disppointed with the quality.

As per the picture, I assumed I was getting the refill for the permanent dots. To my dismay, I received the actual holder instead. I haven't used this style yet for this company but have used the others. I was looking forward to the refill for my holder too. I think the company should specify and re-check the order placed as well as the picture listed along with the description before sending the order off.

Use this brand all the time. This batch was defective or something. Each on broke and I was not able to use.Very disappointed.

The refill does NOT FIT any Scrapbook Adhesives dispenser even if it looks exactly like the one you have. I bought the refill and they changed the hole size so that it won't fit the dispenser. Why would they do this! Too inexpensive of a purchase to bother returning.

Pros: Easy to replace cartridges. Double sided tape works perfectly. Incredibly adhesive, so make sure you know where you want the item to be placed as it's difficult to pull up once down. The 'tape' is essentially made up of very thin, tiny strips of double-sided tape, so you can use exactly the amount that you want with no wastage.Cons: It's a shame about the amount of plastic wastage as the whole cartridge is discarded once the tape roll is finished. Would be great if only the tape roll had to be replaced each time.

I had really struggled to find a double sided tape dispenser that I could get on with. Until I found this brand. Easy to fit refill. Tape runs smoothly. Doesn't tangle, leave bald patches or get in a sticky mess.Yes I have found a good double sided tape on a roll which works well for straight edges but is not so good for curves. And this one doesn't need faffing about with scissors. Personally I would not use any other runner tape now.
